They isolate engine and transmission from the chassis so vibrations and noise are not transmitted to the rest of the vehicle They consist of metal attachment plates (gives mechanical support and attachmen t points) and rubber insulators (provides cushioning that diminishes engine vibrations). Replacing your old or worn motor mounts keeps your engine in the proper position. This helps protect your fan blades, hoses, driveshaft, etc.

They keep the transmission (and the engine) in the appropriate position, and isolate the rest of the chassis from vibration. They are designed to help control torque on high performance vehicles, and maintain proper drive shaft angle to help prevent early wear and unexpected power train damage.

They are subjected to torque, heat and even gas and oil. This stress causes the rubber to degrade which allows the gearbox to drop in the rear, raising the front of the engine while binding the drive shaft.

Wheel Bearings

Wheel Bearing

They are a set of ball bearings that they allow the wheel to spin freely, and ride on a metal shaft called an axle shaft. The wheel bearing fits tightly inside the hub (the hollow metal at the center of your wheel), which holds the lug bolts used to bolt your tire onto the wheel. The wheel bearing is pressed into the hub, from its back side.

WHEEL HUBS

WHEEL HUB

It’s a mounting assembly for the wheel of a vehicle that houses the wheel bearing, and supports the lugs. Its function is to keep the wheel spinning freely on the bearing while keeping it attached to the vehicle. The wheel hub is the only part that actually holds the wheels to the car.

BUSHINGS

Control arm bushings connect the control arm to the frame of the vehicle (pivot points), and help isolate vibration. Most control arm bushings are made from torsional elastic rubber, or polyurethane.

PULLEYS

They guide the serpentine belt along its path - on components such as alternators, air conditioning (AC) compressors- and power steering pumps. They are driven by crank pulleys via belts.

BELT TENSIONERS

A tensioner works along with the serpentine belt, which is the pulley that drives the engine's accessory components, such as the air conditioning compressor or water pump. It maintains the correct amount of tension on the belt at all times throughout its duty cycle. It also helps protect other components such as the alternator and water pump from undue stress and premature failure.

CENTER BEARINGS

The driveshaft center bearing supports the center portion of the driveshaft. Over time, the bearings can wear and the rubber becomes weak, causing driveline vibrations and bad thumping that can cause additional driveshaft problems.

STRUT MOUNTS

It belongs to the suspension system of the car, and serves as the mounting point for the top of your vehicle’s strut assemblies to connect to your vehicle’s chassis. Furthermore, it has the purpose of insulating your vehicle from the vibrations and noise of the tires.
